traveling is so much easier now

so much less clinical
the whole process with the shots felt like i was managing an illness, refrigerated meds, sharps disposal, a weekly appointment reminder buzzing on my phone. melt just feels like something i do for myself, no different than taking a vitamin, and thats honestly the reason im still doing it four months later when i couldnt even make it 10 weeks the first time around.

this time it actually stuck
