Telehealth services and geographic restrictions

Journi Health, operated by Genecis Bio Inc., provides a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Telehealth services are available only when you are physically located in a jurisdiction where the applicable provider is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice and where the requested service is offered.
Important: You must accurately confirm the state where you are physically located at the time of each clinical interaction. Availability may change based on provider licensure, applicable law, clinical appropriateness, pharmacy coverage, and operational capacity.
Current U.S. Availability
Journi Health is intended to support access in all 50 states, subject to the conditions below. A state appearing as “Available” does not guarantee that every service, medication, laboratory order, provider type, or treatment pathway is offered in that state.

“Available” means that Journi Health may facilitate services in the state when an appropriately licensed provider and any required pharmacy or laboratory services are available. Coverage may be limited or suspended without notice.
Geographic and Service Limitations
Physical location controls.
For telehealth purposes, the applicable jurisdiction is generally the state where you are physically located at the time of the clinical interaction, not solely your state of residence.
Provider availability varies.
You may be matched only with a provider who is licensed or otherwise authorized to practice in your location. A provider may be unavailable even when the platform generally serves your state.
Services are not uniform nationwide.
Clinical offerings, eligibility criteria, laboratory options, pharmacy fulfillment, medication availability, pricing, and delivery timelines may differ by state.
No guarantee of treatment or prescription.
Submitting an intake form, paying a platform fee, or completing a consultation does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, laboratory order, or any particular treatment. All clinical decisions are made by the independent healthcare provider.
Location verification may be required.
Journi Health or the treating provider may request reasonable information to verify your location. Providing inaccurate or misleading location information may delay or prevent service and may result in account restriction.
Travel and relocation.
If you travel or move, update your account information and disclose your current physical location before receiving care. You may need to be matched with a different provider or reschedule until an authorized provider is available.
Emergencies are excluded.
Journi Health is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency.
Shipping and Pharmacy Fulfillment
Prescription products, when prescribed, are dispensed and shipped by appropriately licensed third-party pharmacies. Shipping is available only to valid addresses in jurisdictions served by the dispensing pharmacy and permitted by applicable law. Pharmacy coverage may differ from clinical coverage, and some products may not be available in every state.
Privacy and State-Specific Requirements
Journi Health and its service providers apply privacy, consent, identity-verification, prescribing, and other requirements based on applicable federal and state law. Additional notices or consents may be presented during account creation, intake, checkout, or the clinical process. Please review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Telehealth Consent, and any state-specific notices shown to you.
International Availability
Journi Health clinical services are currently offered only to eligible individuals who are physically located in the United States at the time of service. Prescription products are not shipped internationally through the Journi Health platform.
