How do I take Melt?
Chew 1 oral chocolate once daily, with or without food, can let melt in mouth or directly chew and swallow. May skip 1–2 days as needed. Take as directed on the prescription label.
What doses are available?

Is it proven and safe?
Orforglipron has been studied in large human clinical trials, and in April 2026 the FDA approved Eli Lilly’s Foundayo (orforglipron) tablets. That approval applies to Foundayo, not to Melt. Like every GLP‑1, it can cause side effects, most often stomach upset, and it isn’t right for everyone, which is why a licensed clinician reviews your health first.
Why does it work in chocolate?
Orforglipron is made to be taken by mouth. Melt microencapsulates it in a protective lipid layer, designed to keep it stable inside the chocolate.
