How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States. Shipping is free, and orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Availability and shipping restrictions for research products vary by country, and a product being listed here does not mean it can be lawfully shipped everywhere.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@healthjourni.com as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once it has been processed we are not able to recall it.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it. Otherwise research products are final sale once processed — returned material cannot be put back into circulation with reliable chain of custody, so we are not able to resell it.
